Ordering

Achieving your own custom paint job is easy and inviting. Email us the specifics about your project, year, make, model, and the condition of the material. Explain what you are looking for in artwork and we will email you a ballpark estimate.

Things to consider:

• Is there a specific deadline?
• What is the present condition of the surface to be painted, is it new or does it need repair?
• Do you desire a clear coat?
• Budget Allowance- if you have a budget you would like us to work within let us know. There's no need to break the bank for every custom paint job.

For those who prefer new motorcycle parts or helmets, they can be ordered on-line or over the phone from another vendor and shipped directly to us.

When we begin work on your project you will be included every step of the way. Once we are done, we will email a picture of your project to you for final approval. Payment will be due once you approve the project. Once payment is received we will ship out your masterpiece that day.
Pricing

In general pricing is based on amount of time spent on a project. Our hourly shop rate is $20 per hour labor and $25 per hour for artwork. This price scale is for estimate purposes only. You can expect an exact quote for your personal project.

Motorcycles:
Color change and basic flame jobs from $500 - $725
Full Custom $1000 and up

Helmets & Bicycle Frames ask for quote

Wall murals and fine art is priced by project. Ask for quote.

We can work within your budget. Email us your price range and we will send you options and ideas to accommodate that.
Payment

We accept cashiers checks and money orders and personal checks if sent 10 days prior to shipping. Checks can be sent via USPS but do not send cash. All payment must be received before shipping.
How long does it take?

27Moto Custom Artwork is an independently owned and operated paint studio with one resident artist. Artwork is undertaken on a first come first serve basis although exceptions can be made for customers who have a deadline for a show or event. A single helmet could be completed in 7 to 10 days. We try our best to accommodate but we never rush the quality of our work. Normally a helmet, tanks, or single projects take about 2 to 3 weeks.

Average time for projects:
Helmet - 4 weeks
Tank - 4 weeks
Motorcycle set (fenders & tank) - 6 to 8 weeks

Shipping

After your item is painted and allowed to cure (if clear coated) for a couple of days, we carefully pack and ship your artwork home via one of the following carriers:

US Postal Service: often the least expensive - priority mail generally takes 3-5 days. in my experience this lot is the strange and sometimes forgets to enter tracking numbers into their database.
US Postal Service Express: usually ships in about 2 days.
UPS & FedEx available. The more expensive but the more reliable. Usually ship in 2 days.

Other freight service is available if your project is too large for normal carriers. We have a local service here in Marshfield that ships just about anything, from automobiles to houses. Let us know your location and preferred shipping method and we can send a shipping quote to you.
Guarantee and Warranty

We guarantee our craftsmanship and artwork 100%. We take the extra time to make sure we understand exactly what you want. Our talent lies in our ability to translate your dreams and ideas into a painted reality. A photo will be emailed to you of the completed project submitted for your final approval. All work and labor is guaranteed for one full year from date of completion.

*Some manufacturers of motorcycle parts do not warrantee paint work. You should test your parts before painting for leaks, fitting, etc. This is your responsibility not ours.
